I don't see how that squares with RTD's (or was it Stephen Moffat's?) description of Jack Harkness as "so omnisexual he'd shag a Dalek if its skirt was short enough." (I don't see how the Dalek having to be in a skirt of a certain brevity is any proof of Jack's omnisexuality either, but we'll let that pass.)

I did feel sorry for Mr. Major during 1996/7; a man who looked as if he'd rather be anywhere than 10 Downing Street, resigned to his eventual fate of being crushed by a landslide. I'd have him over, say Cameron, Howard or Duncan-Smith (and probably Hague too. I know he's a good parliamentarian, but I just disliked him while he was Leader of the Opposition). On the Thatcher Question, I naturally subscribe to Stephen Fry's point of view…
