Try the swordfish - you'll be pleasantly surprised. And I don't really like fish, either.

Fish is great. So called "fruits de mer", on the other hand - evil, rubbery, antennae-ed freaks of nature that they are - are to be avoided at all costs. So hearty congratulations, apparently, to your entire family for so doing.
I bet you timed this trip to the States to coincide with the West Wing season premiere.
