No, that's Rumble, fearsome Decepticon warrior. (or, depending on your FIRRIB/RIBFIR stance, it's Frenzy, the other cassette who you never saw do anything useful)

It has to be Fumble because he has the piledriver arms. Frenzy, on the other hand, used to disorient people by grinding his nipples together.

It's a long running joke on a forum I'm on - Soundwave is laying down some classic jungle rhythms, while Blaster is going for the popist route and playing two-step and grime. 8-)
(BTW - you two: I think I may have lost your email addresses after my Mac crash - care to resend ;-)?)
