If you need more cash you could always sell a kidney. Or a lung. Or if you're really desperate a limb.
I believe there's currently a climber in need of a usable right arm, having had to hack his own off (which is a bit careless really). As you're left-handed it shouldn't be too much of a loss and just think off the sudden increase in your bank balance:)
